Arial Narrow Font is missing after update Windows 10

Arial Narrow Font in my laptop was missing after I am update my windows 10. Some of office file ( excel, word ) which use this Arial Narrow font crash, and looks like a virus attacked.

 First time I can not detect what is the problem with my file, when I clieck the cell the content still there but can not see it. May be the font color change to white but it is not the problem.
My solution of Arial Narrow Font missing after I am update my windows 10 :
1. I try to change the all font type from Arial Narrow to other font like Times New roman, then the file get back, then save as the file.
2. The other solution is free download the Arial Narrow font missing at microsoft website, then install / put back the font to Windows.

After download, you might copy the font and paste to the windows
